JURY

ANGELA CAPUTO - MUSICIAN / ACTRESS

Angela Caputo has got a degree at D.A.M.S (Art, Music and Performance Arts Department) in Bologna and degrees in piano and acting. She deals actively with Radio, Music and Theatre. Her eclecticism took her to alternate between academies and theatre stages, attending seminars held by Pierpaolo Sepe, Leonardo Capuano, Chiara Michelini, Francis Pardeilhan and Sarasole Notarbartolo.

She is also fond of music and is active in the field of jazz as well as in poliphony.

She is founder member of JAZZ CLUB LENNIE TRISTANO in Aversa, prestigious music association well-known in two continents.

Furthermore she holds concerts with the Pietrasanta Polifonic Society, affirmed choral reality in Naples and leads the broadcast JAZZIDEANDO, a transmission dedicated to the afro-american music, for WRN Radio.

MICHELE DIOMA' - DIRECTOR/PRODUCER

Michele Diomà (1983) film producer and director. In 2019 he presented the world premiere of "Dance again with me Heywood!" at New York University, a feature film with special guest, Academy Award Winner James Ivory. In 2016 he co-produced and directed "Sweet Democracy", the last movie project in which Nobel Prize Winner playwright Dario Fo takes part. In 2014 he directed "Born in the U. S.E." a documentary that celebrates the 120th birthday of Cinema, featured by Francesco Rosi, Donald Ranvaud and Academy Award Winners Giuseppe Tornatore and Luis Bacalov.

ROBERTA PENNASILICO - TEACHER

Roberta Pennasilico teaches Italian Culture and Languageat Naples Middle High School, a Department of Defense Dependents School situated in Naples, Italy. She is a member of AATI (American Association of Teachers of Italian), has been a member of the Advanced Placement Exam Planning Committee and has been an AP reader for years. Ms. Pennasilico has a vast experience presenting workshops in Italian pedagogy. She presented in several teachers’ trainings and conventions (at her own school, at College Board Advanced Placement Conventions, AP Summer Institutes, at the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages and several Universities in the United States).
